Zhemgang District Administration

The district administration office for Zhemgang, headed by the Dzongdag. The office coordinates governance and development planning across eight gewogs in one of Bhutan's least developed and most remote districts. Key priorities include road construction to connect isolated communities, wildlife conservation in collaboration with Royal Manas National Park authorities, and promoting livelihoods compatible with the district's extraordinary biodiversity.
