Trashi Yangtse District Court

The dzongkhag court serving Trashi Yangtse district, operating under the Royal Court of Justice. The court handles civil and criminal cases originating within the district's eight gewogs, including land disputes, family matters, and minor criminal offenses. As in all Bhutanese district courts, proceedings are conducted by a Drangpon (judge) appointed by the King on recommendation of the National Judicial Commission. The court is housed within the Trashi Yangtse Dzong complex.
