Bhutan's second mobile telecommunications operator, launched by the Tashi Group (Tashi InfoComm Limited) and breaking the monopoly previously held by state-owned B-Mobile (Bhutan Telecom). It provides 2G, 3G, and 4G LTE mobile services with coverage across all 20 dzongkhags. As a subsidiary of Bhutan's largest private conglomerate — with interests spanning airlines, hotels, banking, and media — TashiCell has driven competition that improved service quality and reduced prices for consumers.
