Samtse Hospital

The district hospital for Samtse Dzongkhag, Bhutan's most populous southern district with over 62,000 residents across fifteen gewogs. With approximately 40 beds, it is one of the larger district hospitals in the country, providing general medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, dental care, and emergency services. The hospital serves diverse communities along the Indian border and handles a relatively high patient load due to the district's large population.
