Samtse BHU Dophuchen

A Basic Health Unit serving Dophuchen gewog and nearby communities in the eastern part of Samtse district. The unit provides essential primary healthcare including antenatal care, childhood immunization, and treatment of common illnesses. As one of several BHUs in Bhutan's most populous district, the Dophuchen BHU supports the government's commitment to free universal healthcare by ensuring remote farming communities have access to basic medical services without traveling to the district hospital.
