Royal Institute of Management

Bhutan's principal institution for management education and public administration training, created with support from the Royal Civil Service Commission to develop governance capacity. RIM offers postgraduate diplomas in public administration and national development management, an MBA in collaboration with international partners, and executive development programs for government officials. The institute has trained thousands of civil servants in Gross National Happiness-informed policy design.
