A natural hot spring in Pema Gatshel district used by local residents for its believed therapeutic and medicinal properties. Hot stone and mineral spring bathing (tshachu) is a deeply rooted tradition in Bhutan, and the Kheri hot spring is one of the few such sites in the southeastern region. Visitors bathe in the naturally heated mineral waters to treat ailments including rheumatism, skin conditions, and body pain, following age-old Bhutanese wellness practices.
