Kana Lhakhang

A Buddhist temple in Kana gewog of Dagana district, serving as the primary place of worship for the surrounding community. The lhakhang contains traditional Buddhist iconography including statues of Guru Rinpoche, Chenrezig, and Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal. Like many rural temples in southern Bhutan, it functions as both a religious centre and a community gathering place for festivals, prayers, and social events that reinforce Buddhist values and local identity.
