Haa Valley Resort

A tourist resort in the Haa Valley catering to visitors exploring one of Bhutan's last-opened and least-visited districts. The resort offers rooms with views of the pristine valley flanked by mountains, a restaurant serving traditional Haa cuisine including hoentay (buckwheat dumplings unique to Haa), and can arrange guided tours to the White and Black Temples, Chelela Pass, and remote monasteries. Haa was closed to foreign tourists until 2002, preserving its unspoiled character.
