A primary school in the Haa Valley, one of Bhutan's most secluded and least visited districts, situated at approximately 2,700 meters elevation between Paro and Chhukha. The school serves the local community in this narrow valley bordered by high passes, providing basic education in a district that was closed to tourists until 2002.
