Dagana District Court

The district court of Dagana, exercising original jurisdiction over civil and criminal cases in the dzongkhag. As part of Bhutan's independent judiciary established under the 2008 Constitution, the court handles land disputes, family law matters, and criminal cases. It serves residents across all fourteen gewogs, with appeals directed to the High Court.
