Construction Development Corporation Limited

One of Bhutan's largest construction companies, a state-owned enterprise that has built much of the country's critical infrastructure including roads, bridges, government buildings, and hydropower-related civil works. CDCL operates heavy equipment fleets and quarry operations, executing projects across all 20 dzongkhags. The company has been involved in constructing key national assets including dzongkhag headquarters, schools, hospitals, and sections of the national highway network connecting eastern and western Bhutan.
