Anti-Corruption Commission of Bhutan

An independent constitutional body established under Article 27 of the Constitution to eliminate corruption, investigate complaints, and promote accountability in public and private sectors. The ACC has powers to investigate any person including government officials, conduct surprise audits, and refer cases for prosecution. It also implements the National Integrity and Anti-Corruption Strategy and publishes an annual National Integrity Assessment measuring corruption perceptions across government agencies.
